***Leo has a FAMILY!!!***
Ah, Leo....I fell in love with this little guy while reading his file. This one is a GEM, folks! Leo was found as a baby with a freshly sutured incision on the right side of his head. There was no note to explain the wound. As he grew, his caregivers noticed that Leo's left side was a bit weaker than his right. So he has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Leo's caregivers say he is not delayed and is at the same level as his age-mates. He is described as SMART, loving, mischevious, blows kisses, speaks well. Leo is just 3 years old, and waiting ever-so-patiently for his mommy and daddy.
