This chunker right here is Stuart:) He is 2 years old and shares the same diagnosis as my Liya: left cerebral hypoplasia, or under-developed left hemisphere. This causes his right arm and leg to be weak. The fact that he is using his right hand to hold onto the bar in this pic is very promising! Stuart can walk, and is especially fond of his "little brother" in the orphanage. What a great big (or little) brother he will make!! Where is his family??
