This is 7 year old Chip. He is listed as having disabled limbs, but there is no English translation in his file. So let's just imagine for a moment what Chip is like. He's 7, so he might like playing outside, climbing, toy cars. Or maybe he likes music and art. Let's not pass Chip up just yet because of the unknowns. He is on the shared list and I have his DOB. Any agency could lock his file and request a translation, maybe even an update! Chip's sweet eyes seem to be begging for a chance. Just.one.chance. Will you give him that chance?
