Zoe/Georgette

Zoe is a 4 year old cutie that I advocated for last year. She is now Georgette with Lifeline Children's Services. Georgette has been diagnosed with circumscribed cerebral atrophy of left hemisphere and temporo parietal cerebromalacia. There is also mention of a possible heart issue, which was not in her original file.
