This is Geoffrey, and like Xavier (who is at the same orphanage as him!) he will soon turn 14 years old. Geoffrey needs a family who can adopt him before that time (April).
Geoffrey is deaf, and also has Hep B. He is described as very smart and talented in art. He is said to love school, and in the past he won an award for being "All Around Best Student". Geoffrey so deserves to know the love of a family!
