Belle is about to turn 4 years old next month. She has nanopthalmos and strabismus, and limited vision. Belle doesn't let her weak vision slow her down! She is developmentally on target, and is loved by her foster family.
Belle is said to have adorable dimples when she smiles, which reportedly she does often:) She loves to sing and hum, and her favorite toy is a toy piano. Maybe a future singer/songwriter? Belle's favorite food is "meatballs and rice with minced meat and mushrooms". I'll bet she'd LOVE spaghetti!
