Time for some baby-cuteness!! This is little Eli, and he is just 1 year old. Eli is probably only still waiting because his file has never been translated. He is on the shared list, and ANY agency can lock his file and request a translation! Eli's listed need is CHD (Congenital Heart Disease). Quick, somebody scoop this guy up and love on him!!
