Kai really needs an update, because his file is a bit confusing. Some documents have his DOB in 2002 and some have his DOB in 2000. That can be a BIG difference, especially since he is listed as having delays. Kai is an adorable boy, described as friendly, helpful and curious. He looks like he likes bikes, too!
